To build a better world, we need to be supportive, empathetic, inventive, passionate, and above all, cooperative.

IGEN GREEN Membership: The IGEN measures the sustainability outcomes of a project through the specified categories. Each outcome will be measured with the prefixed credits. The measured credits are compared against the available credits in the IGEN rating tool and the matched star rating is awarded.

Sustainability Ideas : Take notes electronically, Purchase reusable bags, Stop buying and using plastic, Recycle, Compost, Create a campus garden, Be smart about transportation, Change to LED lighting, Only use power what you need, Use real dishes and towels, Make the most out of your laundry, Donate Old Cloths, Buy green, Go digital, Be an environmental bookworm, Use less paper, Buy local, Use less water, Avoid using straws, Reduce your consumption of meat, Buy new things/Replace old materials, Grow your food, Dispose of waste properly , Sort your waste ,Be conscious of nature, Switch off all appliances when not in use, Create a shopping list before leaving home, Support green businesses ,Keep a garden journal, Visit conservation parks/sites, Always remember the five R’s when thinking about what to do (Refuse, reduce, reuse, re-purpose, then recycle), Carpool to work, Monitor and Control your energy and water bills, Put rainwater to use , Learn more about your local watershed, etc……….
