  • About IGEN SDG KIDS CONFAB

  • The objective of the #igensdgkidsconfab is to create the awareness about the importance of Sustainable Development Goals which emphasizes on Clean Air and Water, Sustainable Green Agriculture, Waste to Wealth and Self Sustainable Energy & Smart Transport through the members of IGEN YounGreen Innovators Arme.


  • About UN SDG

  • The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), also known as the Global Goals, were adopted by the United Nations in 2015 as a universal call to action to end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure that by 2030 all people enjoy peace and prosperity. The 17 SDGs are integrated—they recognize that action in one area will affect outcomes in others, and that development must balance social, economic and environmental sustainability. The creativity, knowhow, technology and financial resources from all of society is necessary to achieve the SDGs in every context.


  • LAUNCH OF IGEN KIDS CONFAB S02 :

  • To provide exposure for exchange of ideas between Young speakers and participants To discuss and share the ongoing challenges on Waste to Wealth - The CONFAB will address the importance of UN SDG Goals 09, 12, 14 and 15.

  • Program Agenda - The Conclave will be structured in to two Session :

  • Session 01: Inauguration of CONFAB S02, followed with three round of discussion on #sdg9 #sdg12 #sdg14 #sdg15 and present the challenging issues and solutions for Sustainable Green Agriculture..

    Session 02: Open Presentation by the kids who present innovate solution to Sustainable Green Agriculture.

    Concluding Session: The moderator will conclude the confab with submission of conclusion to SDG

  • IGEN KIDS CONFAB S01:

  • The #theigen CONFAB S01 succesfuly executed on topic “Sustainable Green Agriculture” representing UN SDG Goals #sdg2 #sdg3 #sdg8 #sdg12 . Date: 23rd FEB 2022, 6.00PM(IST)

  • The CONFAB was inaugurated by Er Hudson Egbert (General Secretary #theigen) and felicitation by Dr M Akila (Secretary IGEN) . The moderator Dr Annadevi initiated the CONFAB with the introduction note on Sustainable Green Agriculture. Three rounds were presented and the speakers represented the importance of green agriculture connected to #sdgs. The problems associated with green agriculture was presented and the team provided the possible innovative solution for implementation.
